The personal information we collect for an Account may include the following: Name, age, email address, phone number, username, password, any other information you provide, and payment information (we collect payment information through our payment processor. All payment information is securely stored by our payment processor).

We use your personal information to allow you to create an Account, to provide you with information or services you request, to customize the Site for the user’s experience and for data aggregation purposes. We also use your personally identifiable information to address problems, protect against error, fraud and criminal activity and to inform you about items, services, offers and updates on or with respect to our Site. Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Service. This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network

You can opt-out of having made your activity on the Service available to Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The add-on prevents the Google Analytics JavaScript from sharing information with Google Analytics about visits activity.

  • Payments processors

We provide paid services on FestiVote. In that case, we use third-party services for payment processing. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. These payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council.

“Do Not Track” Clause

Note that your browser settings may allow you to automatically transmit a “Do Not Track” signal to websites and online services you visit. Like many websites and online services, FestiVote currently does not alter its practices when it receives a “Do Not Track” signal from a visitor or Member’s browser.
